How long do I wear the 3mm device? (click for more)
Always follow the 5 simple steps on the App - you'll find it in the 'Oralift Programme' button on the App dashboard. The programme is geared for the individual but in general, the 3mm is worn for two months and then the 5mm is gradually introduced. However, not everyone progresses to the 5mm and this does not mean they do not get good results. Sixty minutes is the maximum wear time for a session, but if you are unable to do sixty minutes (e.g. for lifestyle reasons) this is fine and you don't need to make up the time in any way - just monitor your progress with photographs every 2 weeks.
