What if I bite too hard when moulding the device?

This can cause the blocks to shift from the top of the teeth and move towards the tongue and become exposed. This can be remedied by remoulding. However, this does not stop the Oralift working. If you can wear it as it is, you do not necessarily have to remould.

When remoulding, when you remove the device from the water after 2 minutes, you may wish to gently pull the device apart once or twice to widen it, so that when it's placed in the mouth, each side sits centrally on top of the lower teeth.
