Problems with the App (click to see more)
- To Open the App for the first time, it has to be done on a smartphone. The initial fitting and taking your pictures can only be done on a smartphone. After onboarding is fully completed using your smartphone, you can if you wish use your laptop/desktop to log in via the Oralift online web portal. If you want to use your phone, then you must use your phone App.
- Please remember that after onboarding taps are recorded automatically but all wear sessions have to be recorded manually.
- If you find your Code is not being recognised you could try the following: If you are using Wi-Fi or WLAN, it may be worth changing to your smartphone network provider's data (e.g. Telekom) and trying login again. Likewise, if you are using your phone network provider's data, try using Wi-Fi or WLAN.
- If you are experiencing any other problems with your App, the first step is to delete the app and reload it again. You will not loose your data. If the problem persists, we will report it to our developers, but they need the following information:
Which device are you using, if phone, which make and model and OS version. If a computer, again the make and model and OS version. Also, a video of the difficulty you are experiencing - see below. With this information we will be able to help.
NOTES
Please Note the App has recently had several updates - please ensure you are using the very latest version of the App which may resolve the issue before we report it.
For iPhone
How to record your screen
1.Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the Add button next to Screen Recording.
2.Open Control Center on your iPhone, or on your iPad.
3.Tap the gray Record button...
4.Exit Control Center to record your screen.
5.To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap the red Record button.
For Android
Record your phone screen
1.Swipe down twice from the top of your screen.
2.Tap Screen record. You might need to swipe right to find it...
3.Choose what you want to record and tap Start. The recording begins after the countdown.
4.To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Screen recorder notification.
