Does the front part of the device go directly over the front teeth or just right behind them when creating the molding? (click to see more)

Ideally the Oralift should fit just behind the lower front teeth, but it can fit on top of the front teeth or even slightly in front of them. The important part of the device is the blocks which should fit on top of the lower back teeth (blocks face up towards the top teeth). The device was designed so that aesthetically it would not push the lower lip out too much when being worn.
