My device keeps popping up/floating (click to see more).

This is because your muscles have not relaxed and it should get easier in time. In the meantime, you can use your tongue to help keep it in place. 

This is also why the device can feel loose in the mouth. Oralift is not like other dental appliances that have to fit tightly on the teeth. 

When your muscles relax it will start to feel firmer in the mouth.

If you have difficulty in keeping your lips together when the device is in the mouth, try keeping your eyes closed and think of something pleasant and this will help to relax your facial muscles. If you experience any signs of overuse, you must stop. Gradually over time, wearing the device will become easier.
