Is the Touch Test part of the wear time?

Yes, the touch test time is included as part of your wear time. When you are going to start your wear session, enter the time you are going to wear your device, start the timer and you do the touch test for the first five minutes. The touches are only recorded in the first five minutes, after which that feature is disabled. 

During the remainder of your wear time the aim is still for your teeth not touch the blocks.

The aim of the touch test is to set up a trigger in the brain to remind you that tooth contact is not necessary for normal function.
